Job description
Reporting to our Projects & Quality Management team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks.
After a period of training aimed at familiarising you with the processes and technologies in place in our company, you will be in charge of :
- To use your newly-acquired expertise to support the applications we supply.
- To carry out tests and production launches to guarantee quality of service for end users
- To listening to the needs raised by our teams in charge of customer satisfaction.
- To propose solutions that are best suited to the needs expressed by end-users.
- To participate in the continuous improvement of our software and our brokerage activity quality.
- To carry out internal or customer projects, working closely with our development teams.
Votre profil
With a higher education qualification (engineering, business or equivalent), you have the following skills:
- Analysis and synthesis skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Open-mindedness and intellectual curiosity
- Strong appetite for new technologies and software
- Good interpersonal skills
- High autonomy
- Team spirit
- Very good oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Ability to listen and to serve
With training or experience in IT, you have an appetite for finance, you like challenges and are motivated to acquire new skills in a dynamic environment.
Ideally, you have knowledge of scripting languages (bash, etc.) and SQL database management.
You are curious and rigorous, you are used to working in a team and enjoy working in a pleasant environment (pool table, table football, table tennis, etc.).
